Netflix Transfer to Shiba Inu Metaverse Team

Brandie Konopasek, previously part of Netflix’s post-production management team, has transitioned to join the metaverse team at Shiba Inu.

The Shiba Inu team unveiled their metaverse project in March, aiming to rival startups such as Decentraland.

In a notable development towards the end of May, former Technicolor executive Marcie Jastrow joined the team, bringing expertise in brand partnerships. The latest addition to the team also comes from Netflix’s staff.

Netflix Joins Shiba Inu Metaverse Team

Brandie Konopasek, who spent over five years with Netflix’s post-production management team, has recently joined the metaverse team of Shiba Inu.

Shiba Inu has again recruited talent from the Technicolor team. Before her tenure at Netflix, Konopasek worked as an interim producer for five years at Technicolor, a renowned media and entertainment company, and subsequently moved to Shiba Inu after her stint at Netflix.

With over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, working alongside some of the biggest names, Konopasek expressed that encountering the Shiba Inu team was an exhilarating experience, and she was impressed by the community’s visionary aspirations behind the project.

In late August, the Shiba Inu team issued a detailed update on their metaverse development. They announced the WAGMI Temple, set to become a pivotal hub in the Metaverse. The team’s architectural inspiration for this project draws from notable landmarks such as the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, China, and the Kinkaku-ji Temple in Kyoto, Japan, among other distinguished sites.
